The majority of people viewing Country Hedging, Inc. Commentary are on a Microsoft Operating System and using Internet Explorer to browse the Internet. Therefore, the instructions that follow are specific to the above mentioned Microsoft products. But, no matter what the operating system or browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view our commentary.
     
As with all software enhancements and interactivity between products, such as Adobe and Microsoft, we at Country Hedging have experienced some issues. We will assist our customers with these issues by offering online and phone support, to the best of our ability.
     

After trying the following solutions, if you still have problems downloading Country Hedging, Inc. Commentary and/or you're on a different operating system and/or browser, please call (800) 814-0505 or email: support@countryhedging.com. (Please include the versions of operating system, browser, and Adobe Reader)

     
  Troubleshooting solutions:
     
 
  • Delete Temporary Files from Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Disable Display PDF in Browser option in Adobe Acrobat Reader
    • Open Adobe Acrobat Reader and click Edit, Preferences. Choose Internet in the Preferences window. Uncheck Display PDF in browser option and close the dialog. Open browser, navigate to commentary and click on link (Internet Explorer). Mozilla Firefox browser users will also need to disable the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. Within Firefox navigate to Add-ins and choose plug-ins.
